Xendit’s Regional Dashboard powered the company’s global expansion, giving businesses and internal teams the tools to manage cross-border payments, payouts, withdrawals, FX operations, and balance conversion across multiple markets.
As frontend lead, I worked with a team of 6 to ship 5 cross-border products in under 6 months on top of Xendit’s legacy dashboard. We used Module Federation to introduce a modern frontend stack, enforce new engineering standards, and migrate product areas incrementally without a major rewrite or downtime.
The work combined product delivery, frontend architecture, and financial-domain complexity: launching new revenue-generating workflows while keeping the platform stable, compliant, and extensible across countries.
